“Bark Baby Bark is exactly what the BPC and Tribeca neighborhood needed. What I like about it is that it’s not a boarding facility where 30 dogs are running rampant indoors all day. I tried one of those places and my dog always came home smelling like other dogs and pee. Gross I know. Bark Baby Bark is not a big chain and has more of a high-end boutique feel. The customer service is amazing, Lauren provides a daily report card (my wife loves reading it after work) and she is super nice and easy to work with. Our dog Dutch has been with Lauren since he was a puppy and she made us feel at ease from the very begining. She sent us photos and videos everyday and she trained Dutch while we were at work. The time she spent with him was invaluable and we are beyond grateful. My wife and I use The Hotel service a lot too and we love that Dutch is part of Lauren’s private home and taken care of. When he comes back from The Hotel, he’s tired, clean, and happy. Bark Baby Bark is a great service.”
